What is the code for Input length and width of a square/rectangle and calculate area

Wildflower, I will assume it is VB 6.0 that you want. First I am assuming that you will use 2 text boxes for data input. I am showing output to a picture box but you can print your output to a picture box, a label, printer etc, up to you.


numWidth = Val(Text1.text)
numLength = Val(Text2.text)
numArea = numLength * numWidth
Picture1.Print numArea

Thank-you very much. That is what I was looking for. I am just learning to do visio and I don't have a clue how to do it.
