Hi Bill
Welcome to Answerpool
I'm gessing you have not got the kodak Software program in use now and you have deleted it ? yes?
But Yet this File remains in Situ showing a message
So what I shall do is stop it displaying then remove the link for good
This will take a few minutes and So bear with us
To stop it showing on Start up
click on the Start button then in the "Run..." box type
msconfig (or copy and paste my word in?) then click the Ok button
Window appears With lots of tabs click on the Furthest to the right labelled "Startup" and a longish List appears
Note All of the item have a Green Tick against the Name
Now Scroll down the List until you see anything that says Kodak Put your mouse pointer over the Item and click on the Tick box to remove the Green Tick then Click the Apply button at the bottom of the window then the Ok button to remove the Item and Close the Window
That will stop the Message from Showing again Check also in the Startup Item On the Start menu list that there is Nothing with Kodak showing? Can delete that with no harm

Now to Tidy up Matters Download and Install CCleaner from
www.ccleaner.com (Only a small program)
And Click on the Blue "Issues" Icon and Tick both the Integrity boxes to select eveything
Next in the Adjoining window locate and click the Scan for Issues button OK
Only tekes a few seconds
What it does is scans the Registry for Links that are outdated go nowhere and as you've never used it ,it will generate a long list OK?
But It is both powerful and Safe If you want to keep somthing untick the item
Next you'll notice that the adjacent "fix selected issues button" has lit up
thes will run the cleaner But will show another 2 reminder message before you clear everything including a "make a Backup"
In my experience have never had Any problems afterwards
Close the Program Now do a Restart is no message showing now?
Can also use the Other part of CCleaner But The Menu Has to be set so You keep your Cookies,Web history And Menu Items.
Believe Me It will Really clear out a lot of things So You need to study the Tick list carefully before you start scanning OK?
But with a few goes and a Bit of trial and error You will Find that it Does Help speed up Defrags (if run aferwards) and B) Does give a speed boost to a Clogged computer
Can edit the Startup list and Some other Housekeeping Jobs Here too
And If you get stuck Post again
