Winamp is VERY nice. Smile

It really depends on what you use your computer for Kelley. Maybe I could make some more suggestions then.

I checked out that link. First, it's .95 for one day to access anything, and $30 for a month. If I pay .95 and download Winamp do I get to keep it or will it self-destruct the next day?

Why pay for this when they are all free downloads from other sites Roll Eyes
From the selection on the page I'd choose:
Adobe Acrobat which is a great PDF document reader (see Google Catalogs for similar display tool Cool)
Download Accelerator Ok Dixie it has some spyware agreed. but its kept in check by SpywareBlaster ( another great free program Cool) I used to use Gator but that fouled up my computer through its setupMad
And even if it was free of Spyware Frown I'd choose DAP because it's easier to use. Smile
WinRar also gets the Thumbs up,as it handles more types of Zip files than WinZip
NOTE If you have XP Winzip comes "Built in" Wink,But I have installed WinRar as a Backup in case there is an odd Zip type that Winzip cannot open.
To find the "Free" doanload links copy the softwares name into Google
Try the www.download.com site for more (makes a good starting Point)
Other good places? (And there are 1000's like this Cool)

I have discovered the best downloadmanager yet Smile
It's called Leechget (awful title?) Roll Eyes
But ignore that, download it 2.5 MB and you'll find it's a decent easy to run no spyware program, pay to remove small banner and get some extra access tools.(and get onto the sites forum)
As it stands I think It does the job more efficiently than Most of the others speedwise
My program of 2004! Cool
