Although I plan to watch the 30-second summary on the evening news, I know many have an interest in watching the inauguration of President-Elect Obama live. There will be a number of feeds streaming the inauguration ceremony live on Tuesday.
Television (USA):
If you have access to a TV, your local stations (PBS, ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC) are your best bet. C-SPAN, CNN, MSNBC, FOX News, Current.tv will all be offering coverage to cable subscribers.
If you have an analog over-the-air tv and have not yet redeemed your
converter box coupon(s), this is a very good time to do so! A converter box will let you watch the ceremonies with exceptional picture quality, and get you prepared for the February 17th DTV switchover.
Television (UK):
BBC should be offering live coverage. (Unsure whether its on 1, 2, or 3) Current.tv will also be providing a feed, accessible on Sky or Virgin.
Online (Worldwide):
I highly recommend watching via television if at all possible. Online streaming sites will likely become unreliable under the strain of thousands of simultaneous viewers. A broadband connection will be required.
That said, the following sites will be streaming the event live. They are sorted by their method of video streaming. (Subject to change)
Adobe Flash video:
HuluJoint Congressional Committee on Inaugural CeremoniesPBS Online NewsHour (also available on most PBS TV stations)
CBS News (Also available on local CBS TV stations)
CNN Live (Also available on cable tv)
New York TimesCurrent.tv (Also available on select cable systems)

C-SPAN (Also available on cable tv)
Viewing parties:
If you don't have access to TV or a broadband connection, there will be a number of viewing parties going on across the US. Local newspapers will likely have information about times and locations. Starbucks will be showing MSNBC's coverage in 650 of its stores.
