I went to my downloaded program files and with some of the files say damaged,should i delete them, for example

We don't have enough information about these files to give you good answer except for the conservative one; don't delete.

The "don't delete" is based on the premise that you're not having any particular problem with these files. If you're having problems, then please put any information about that here.
