Has he tried running a virus scan? Checked for spyware? Those would be the first two things I would check if I had that problem. If those dont help, try going to www.pcpitstop.com , and do the full tests to see if anything needs to be corrected.He can also go here: http://www.aumha.org/a/shutdown.htmThere may be something of help at this link.
