I am looking for a place to host my small bath and beauty products online store.

I need to be able to use

SQL
CGI
ASP

I need at least 200MB Storage
10 e-mail accounts
a catch-all e-mail account
multiple ftp accounts

and I THINK at least 10GB bandwidth per month...
which is the second part of my question...I am not expecting to get a lot of traffic at first. Mostly AP'ers and some people locally. Is 10GB wanting too much? Is it too little? I really need so idea of how to measure my needs there...

Anyway, I don't want to spend more than 25$ a month and I don't want to have to pay a set-up fee.

Can anyone help me find a hoster which meets these specifications? And can any one clue me in on what type of bandwidth transfer I might expect to need?
