Can anyone tell us what it means?
It opens up Windows Media player OK? but its the first part(Block Capitalized) I want info about Thanks

MMS is "Microsoft Media Server", a protocol for delivering multimedia content. The "media" part of the URL is not significant. "lewisnews.com" is the domain, and "media" is just the name of one of the servers.
