1 1/2 pounds diced pork 1/2 pound pinto beans, soaked 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp oregano 1 4 oz jar chopped mild green chilies 3/4 cup salsa (your choice)
Combine ingredients in crockpot and cook on high for 5 hours. Use as meat topping for tostadas, tacos, burritos....etc. Garnish with tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, etc. Enjoy!
