This is in response to one of the members reactions to Suet Puddings. Thought us British were bonkers for eating it

PS Be aware there are both Meat and fruit versions (It's the Meat variety which has an uniqueness about it)
And a big UK brand of Steak & Kidney pie (Fray Bentos)originally came with a suet pastry crust until somebody "decided" (costs?) that puff pastry was just as good (and it lost an awful lot of sales) Filling is now barely minced "beef" flavour
