Lumpia/EggRoll sheets
pound of ground beef
3 carrots
2 celery stocks
half an onion.

peel carrots, and onion,
put them in cuisineart and grind finely.

brown ground beef.
while keeping the browned ground beef on warm, add carrots, onion, and celery.
Mix thoroughly. Now comes the hard part...

take 2 or 3 tbsp of the filling and put it into the lumpia Wrap. Wrap it tight and seal it with water.

Seal it up good then seal it for at least an hour in the freezer. Then give some out to your neighbors or friends and family as a good gesture.
They will enjoy it!!

That sounds great Ron! Smile

What temperature do you reheat them and for how long?

put some oil into a frying pan. On medium, fry until the outside of the wrapping turn a golden brown. probably about 5 to 8 minutes.

sometimes people will put a tbsp. of patis, but i don't know if people reading this will want to go out and buy a bottle of fish sauce.
so I kinda left it out.

as far as the dip for it goes, you can use regular ketchup, Banana ketchup, sweet and sour sauce or eat it as is.
My mom would always make a bunch and hand it out to neighbors. It's a good way to talk with them, and make some new friends.
