Posted Heart-y Walrus Walrus heart, sliced ¼-inch thick 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper ¼ teaspoon paprika Oil 1 large onion, chopped 1 large can tomatoes Combine flour and seasonings in a bowl and roll each slice of meat in the mix to coat it. Brown meat on both sides in oil. Add chopped onions and sauté until brown. Add tomatoes and their juice and heat until simmering. Cover and simmer gently until well cooked and tender.
