What is a person supposed to do if they want to stay at a hotel over night but thereis one adult and five kids? Because the hotel said there has to be an adult in ever room and no more then five people per room.

In a situation like this you should get 2 adjoining rooms and leave the doors between the rooms open. I think this would be sufficient by any Hotel standards. I do pity that one adult tho!

1. How old are the kids?
2. Is the hotel charging you per person?

I'm agreeing with Georgia. Get 2 adjoining rooms. This may not be the most honest thing, but, how will the hotel know who stays in the rooms? If they're that adament about you having two adults, and you don't want to stretch the truth, I'd find another hotel. I would never turn down a paying customer. If all else fails, why not bring along some sleeping bags and throw them in the floor?
