I have a 1975 ford mustang II. I tried to
crank it up but it's only spining. Next, I
put a little gasoline inside the carburetor,
however it still made no attempt to start. the
ignition switch just causes the starter to
spin only. But makes no feel effort to start
the engine. Could anyone tell me, what's is the
problem? My girl friend drove the car the day
before, and said it cut out on her twice. Acting
as if it was'nt getting fuel to the carburetor.
It's a four cylinder engine, 2.3 liter. Blessing
will come to all positive responders. Smile

Thank You

Off the top of my head: Fuel filter clogged, debris in fuel line, especially if there is a crimp or dent in the line, fuel pump shot.
As soon as my far more savvy spouse gets off the phone, I'll run this problem by him.

Moments later... I'm way off base, hubby (who knows these things) did not hesitate before saying your starter solenoid (sp?) is probably shot.

Hello
MrsS Diamond Enthusiast, I want to thank
you, and your hubby very much. Let your hubby
know that I just recently replaced the starter
and I'm glad that I got the life time warranty
at purchase. As soon as the weather warms up
a little, I will take the starter back to Ad-
vance Auto parts for an exchange.
Thank's again for your help, and as I stated
above in my letter. A blessing from "THE MOST
HIGH GOD", will come upon you and your hubby, and it will come "Quickly". You guys will be
simply amazed how the Lord will work for you
all. Help is on the way. Smile

Sincerly,
Hu

You're welcome... and it's just "MrsS" or even "S", if you preferWink
"Diamond Enthusiast" is just my title, not part of my name.
I will pass your thanks along to my husband.
