I just bought a used 2001 Mazda 626 and wonder if the steering wheel mounted cruise controls are supposed to be illuminated at night. The previous owner indicated that he never noticed them ever being lit. All other controls are at least back lit and I find it curious these aren't. Thanks folks.

On this page for the 2002 model under "Interior" it confirms that the controls are lit

The verbage is there, however, I'd also like to get confirmation from someone who has a 2001 626 just for my own peace of mind. I'm waiting for a response from Mazda regarding this also.
