I found a wire underneath the driver side seat. I do not know where it plugs into though. Can anyone help me at all? I have a 1995 Nissan Altima.

Is everything working? If everything else checks out, the only thing I'd worry about is the air bag. Are there electrical options that you do not have that the wire could be for?

All newer cars come with a “pre-wired” wiring harness. As the car comes down the line, the assembler looks at the build sheet and installs what is necessary and plugs it in if needed. Most cars have a lot of “Dead End” connections that are there for use if needed.

This wire may be for one of three items. Power seats, seat warmer and possibly a seat occupied switch. The last item tells you car with you are in the seat and your seat beat should be fastened.

Like DG stated, “is everything working?” If so, I would just make sure it is securely in palace where is will not cause any problems.
