This is a recipe that tastes alot better than you would think!

Garlic Clove Pot Roast

4-5 pounds boneless pot roast
1 can (8oz.) tomato sauce
1 cup dry red wine
2 pieces orange peel (orange part only)1"X2" each
4 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
1 clove garlic, minced
12 small boiling onions, peeled

Place meat in dutch oven or kettle with cover. Combine tomato sauce with ½ cup wine, and add to meat along with orange peel, cloves, cinnamon and garlic. Cover and place in a 300º oven for three hours. Add remaining ingredients (wine and onions). Cover and cook one hour longer or until onions and meat are tender. Remove meat and let stand before slicing. Skim off fat and serve juice as a sauce over meat. yum.
