For Christmas Dinner at my daughter's house, my son-in-law had made his special crock-pot ham. It was absolutely mouth-watering!
5-7 lb ham, cut into 1" cubes 1 can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar yellow mustard
Put ham cubes in crock pot. Pour in entire can of pineapple, including juice. Sprinkle brown sugar all over the top, and then liberally squirt mustard all over the top of that.
Mix well. Cook on low 6-7 hours, stirring about once per hour.
My son-in-law had difficulty telling me exact measurements, because it's just something he kinda "throws together"
I can see it easily being modified based on the size crock pot you have. Also, leftover cooked ham can be used - what a great way to use your leftovers! +++++++++++++++++++++++++ 01-01-04, 11:39 PM cswchan Leftover ham is also GREAT in making fried rice. Also in making sandwiches. Try some slivered in quiches.

I have been meaning to post in this thread, Catty. I recently got a slow cooker, and tried this recipe about a month ago. I haven't tried it with chicken or pork. However, with ham, it was absolutely delicious. Thanks for a great idea, Giz.
