1 Pork Loin or 8 pork chops
½ cup Honey Barbeque sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
10 OZ. box/bag mixed vegetables
salt/pepper
cooking spray

Spray Crock pot with cooking spray, salt/pepper pork and place in crock pot.

Mix together 1/2 C of Honey Barbeque sauce, 1 14.5 oz. can stewed tomotoes and 1 10 oz Bag of your favorite mixed vegetables.

Cook on low for 6 hrs. each serving is 5 points
