1 pound of fat trimmed Beef tenderloin or Center cut pork loin
1-2 TBSP butter
1 Large family can or (2 small cans) condensed mushroom soup
1 packet dried onion soup mix
1 quart water

Take the meat and brown it off in the melted butter. Put mushroom soup, onion soup mix and water into a mixing bowl and thoroughly whisk/stir to break up the chunks and clumps. Add all ingredients to Crock Pot and cook on high for about a day.

Stir occasionally. In the end you will have a beef/pork meal will ready-made gravy. This is yummy and we serve it with mashed taters and corn.
