OK... Farrah Fawcett, Kate Jackson, & Drew Barrymore for sure. I also think Tanya Roberts was at least on the cover.

Tanya Roberts appeared on the cover of Playboy in the early 80s. She also appeared inside the magazine, and may have appeared in one of the magazine's annual "Sex in Cinema" reviews. (You'll have to read all of those to be sure, Fuse.)
