Lord is more likely to be the title of a member of the aristocracy than an actual Royal)In the novel I believe it was The Prince and Princess of Wales that were the targets.
4 I think it's meant to be Parkhurst on the Isle of Wight,but as the IOW is 75 miles south + a ferry journey from London and the ambush seems to take place in Middlesbrough which is 240 miles north of London,they seem to have taken a wrong turn !

4) This is close enough for me. Isle of Wight is where they were headed, though the film named the prison as Albany Prison.
