I can't believe no one touched this! I always thought it was Richard O'Brien myself, since he sang the tracks, but I found the same link you did and learned a lot about Pat. In fact I even found some very strange midi files of the show done in other languages while I was on that strange journey... Very good, I knew you'd be the one with the answer.
