Yes, I am related to Toto! To this day that is one of my favorite movie quotes. Even for a "kiddie" movie there is something inherently evil in that line.

Margaret Hamilton was a Kindergarten teacher before becoming an actress ! Man, you know her classes were well-behaved.

DorianGreyed, Didn't Margaret Hamilton also star in a commercial in the 70's? I can't remember what it was for, coffee maybe?

I still don't get the "Jack Pumpkinhead" answer. Toto was the fifth creature.

I'm reviewing every post in Trivia, deleting Chat-type posts, editing some titles for clarity, and every once in a while, I come across something unanswered or not fully answered.

You would be amazed at how many threads in Trivia are titled "Question" or "Bible Question" or something similar. (I think there are about 10 titled "Bible Question #1".) There are also many whose title doesn't really reflect the subject matter in any way. I'm trying to both reduce the number of meaningless, outdated, or generally unnecessary posts, and also make searching by subject matter easier. I am also editing in some references to answers that don't have any. (You know how I am about references. Roll Eyes)

There are over 36,000 posts in Trivia. It's my guess that about 5000 of them are Chat-type posts. (A good many of those are my own posts. So far, I have deleted more of my posts than anyone else's.) Sometimes, I come across a Chat-type post that is just too good to delete, and I leave it in. But I do have to be aware of the costs. The server fees are based, in part, on the number of posts the site has. We currently have just under 150,000 posts. Anything over 100,000 posts cost extra. I won't get the number down to 100,000, but I can reduce it somewhat and not lose quality content. A few weeks ago, I deleted about 40,000 posts, all older than 2 years, and most of them very topical. (We don't need World Series predictions from 2002, or 2004 election threads, do we?) Deleting those posts, along with the decreased number of Guests online, saved about $40 on that month's server fees. The fees are still very high, but there isn't much I can do about it other than delete posts I think don't really add to the site, or are no longer necessary. As I said in a thread in the EODB, I will not delete much in Computers or Recipes; those posts are, like the Trivia posts, valuable reference material.

I worked on Trivia for about 5 or 6 hours today, and I finished reading almost 2 pages of threads. I only have 93 pages to go!

Since there has been no response about "Jack Pumpkinhead, and since a review of the film shows

1) Dorothy
2) The Tin Man
3) The Scarecrow
4) The Cowardly Lion

and

5) Toto

travelling the Yellow Brick Road, those 5 must be the answer.

Another answer is from the Internet Movie Database's bio of Margaret Hamilton.

For many years, she appeared in Maxwell House coffee commercials as the feisty storekeeper who declares, "It's the only brand I sell!"
