Which movie depicts the "Black Hand"?

Don Fanucci was referred
to as "The Black Hand" in
The Godfather : Part II.

There was a film with the title The Black Hand, made about 1950, staring Gene Kelly as a man who hunts down members of the Black Hand. There was also at least one older film depicting the true story of a New York City policeman (Capt. Joseph Petro...Petrocini?) who travelled to Italy to investigate the Black Hand. He was killed there, and the crime was never solved.
