Who or what are Zidgel, Midgel, and Fidgel... and what fourth name usually goes with them ?

They are penguins, and are from a children's series called "3-2-1-Penguins."

Absolutely. Mom and I can both do the Muttley laugh and I loved that character as a kid, though mostly through watching "Wacky Races" !
