Oh that was "Start the Revolution Without Me"...makes me think of the movie where Lily Tomlin and Bette Midler played identical twins...what was that movie...Big Business?

Sorry this answer took so long. Yes, Georgie is right. Start the Revolution Without Me is one of my favorite movies, a great comedy. I highly recomend it, especially to anyone who knows a little European history.
