Try downloading a new version of the Microsoft Windows Media player. If you have a version of the Windows Media Player, try associating the .wmv and .mpg file types with the WMP. You can open WMP/Tools/Options/Formats tab and click the "Select All" button. OK your selections. If that doesn't work, you may need to download new "codecs". Both codecs and the WMP updates can be found on the Windows Update site. You can get there by opening the Internet Explorer / Tools / Windows Update command. I hope this helps!
