I don't do much game development - but try www.GarageGames.com. As I understand their "torque game engin" is decent.

There are several others, just do a google search on "game engin" and you'll find several others I'm sure.

Out of curiosity, aren't you the same guy that doesn't know html? Html, is like learning the alphabet compared to game development!
