i have d/loaded a game of the web and when i try to open it windows says it cant open this file ,to open file windows needs to know what program created it . i used the web service and it takes me to a site which explains php files . i dont understand any of it lol all i wanted to do was play the game . is there a simple way of getting the game to run. boy im glad this site is here . thanks trp3

I sure don't know what the heck is wrong but one of our computer-guru friends, Dwight, introduced me to Irfanview...it seems to open everything. Use the "find" search bar above to see all the info already posted or go to Irfanview

What was the URL of the web-site that you found this at + the name of the game you tried to download ?

thanks mike for your help! ive deleted the game,not worth the hassle . but if you can tell me how i can tell if future d/loads are php files . there was no mention of this on the site . thanks again for your time. trp3
