I love to play d2. But i only do it in my spare time. I heard a lot about duplicators, "ith" items that might not be legal on b-net. What's the scoop? Any help would be appreiciated.

i am an AVID diablo2 player.

dupes are duplicated items, dont make them, its cheating.
unfortunaly there is no way to tell if an item is duped or not, the best way is dont trade with people you dont trust.

ith is lame. it is a weapon that has been hacked (originally ith stood for item thats hacked, but i like to call it 'its too hard' because the people who use these simply cant play the game).

do NOT use hacked items.
ith, occyrings, hex charms, white rings, bugged items, the list goes on.
go to www.blizzard.com
if the item is NOT listed in the areat summit area of the site, it is illegal and ruins the game for everyone, yourself included.

do NOT use third party programs (map hack, pindle or mephisto bots, trigger hacks).
doing so will get your account banned, and possibly your cd key.

dont be a 'noob'. play legit.
anyone who calls you noob for using non hacked stuff is a 12 year old who hasnt gotten the grasp on things.
