I'm looking for a fun game that teaches typing skills to kids. My stepdaughter has recently shown interest in learning to type, and I think there must be good games that can be downloaded that teach typing skills. I've found a few online, but it's hard to know if they're any good. She's 10. Any suggestions?

Well, I'm not sure if this is the type of game you're looking for, but I learned how to type with the Mavis Beacon program. I type pretty well and that was the program that initiated it. Of course, I've never tried any other program so I don't know if there are any even better to compare. The Mavis Beacon I did just taught me where the keys were by giving me lines of letters and words. Then I'd be tested on speed and how accurate I was by typing what it told me to. So it was kind of a game of progression and accuracy. Is that something like what you mean by gaming or do you want an actual action/stategy game?
