Recently, Valve and Gearbox Software had made annoucenments that Counter-Strike - Condition Zero will be released in Summer 2002. However, for the second time, it's delayed until November. Oringinally, the game was suppose to be out into the stores in May, but delayed. Valve and Gearbox Software didn't have an explanation or reason for the delay. I thought I would let it go, but now, a second delay, and still without a reason. Don't you think the developer and publisher have some responsiblity to let the public know about the reason? Shouldn't we, game fans, know all about it?
Personally, I think they are having problems with the game developing process. Unable to upgrade the engine to the required resolution, major twitches & bugs, and etc.
Please enter comments or information. Feel free to add in some links, insults to Valve and GB Software (LOL), etc.
I am just wondering if it may have anything to do with the ratings. I am on a panel of parents for rating video games, but I am not allowed to say what company. Sometimes when there is a dispute about rating them, then the release is delayed.
