If you look in the title bar of IE under Help and the item at the bottom of the menu you'll find the version number you are using The latest version can be downloaded from here: www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/default.mspx#XSLTfullModule123121120120 Or use this link instead which will scan your computer for any updates off the Microsoft site http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.aspIf it recommends a service pack update for your computer setup accept it Its a lot smaller than the full IE download and it has lots of fixes in it Due to the large size of the program, download this program first It will keep it saved even if you want to do something else or the electic fails (about 7mins on dialup) ]www.download.com/Download-Accelerator-Plus/ Leave the Java program till later

I trust that you are using Internet Explorer 6. If it is, got to "Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/scroll down about 1/2 way down to Java or Microsoft VM" & make sure that you have the Java stuff enabled. If you are using FireFox, then, you will have to go to HERE FOR JAVA. Download & install.

LL Try the link if it works then the error is elsewhere This is the java software download link http://java.com/en/download/windows_automatic.jsp Runs automatically I think you have to do a "reset" when it finishes ? Other than that everything will work smoothly after this is installed (another longish download sry!) Then try the 2nd Crossword link enjoy!
