Arcade v1.3e
This version of Arcade, released on August 1, 2003, included the following changes:
Security fix
Resolves issues with default port blocking from certain ISPs, which caused some users to experience connection problems with Arcade.

Clicking on the Download Now button on the right takes you to link from my previous post.
I was assuming that the download would be the latest version 1.3e.
This is from their Download and install page "You'll only have to download the application once, for as new versions are released, you will be prompted to receive automatic updates. When you start Arcade, you'll be informed if a new version or configuration files are available for new or updated games and features, which you can download if you like (although we certainly recommend it)."
Try downloading and installing it from their Download page.

I already had the newest version,but didn't know it. I uninstalled gamespy because they kicked me out due to improper language in the chat room. I never go into chatrooms so I contacted them and they apologized and said they had me confused with someone else.
OOps I used my dad's sign in name again.
