When I try to install this game, the install file will not come up. Could someone help me to trouble shoot what the problem might be? Someone said that it may be an issue about not being capable with win 32. I do not know what that means or how to solve the problem.

Open The Start menu My Computer> right click on the Drive where your disk is Should be showing an Icon if there is a disk in the drive? If not then check the disk isn't dirty?
Yes? Then right click then select Explore to see what is on the drive.Then locate the Install file ....might be called something else? (lots of different names) click on it then something should happen. There'll be a Readme Note which may have a clue on troubleshooting this issue somewhere if you have no luck (read also the back of the Box as to the specs.)
