does anyone know where i can get a free rental agreement form? i have been searching for a couple of days now, and can only find sites that you have to pay to download the forms.
if free ones arent available, would one that i write up myself be legaly binding?
You can copy and paste either into Word and make your own based on your specific needs. These are just intended to be a guideline for you. Although a legal signature is binding, I would still pay the small fee and have a notary stamp it.
