we FINALLY sold our mobile home, (yay, i can finally pay off my loan).
the woman who is buying it didnt think that my signature on the piece of paper stating that there are no liens against the trailer was good enough, so she went to whichever office it is you go to to find out if there are any, and it turns out, that who knows when (obviously before we bought it), the mobile was registered as a construction crane!

how the heck do we go about changing this?
how did it happen in the first place?
will this affect her being able to buy the trailer?

* If you pay any property taxes for your mobile home then you should call the number on your tax bill. (It may be on your tax form from 2002)You should also call the company who sold you the mobile home. It may have just been filed at the county clerk office wrong.

You can still sell it either way.

sure the heck wish i could sell it for the price of the crane its registered as.
