Do you know of any house search sites where I can select the number of garage spaces in my search? The ones I know of ask how many bedrooms and bathrooms, but what is really important to us is the garage and there's no sense searching through thousands of garageless listings...

When you contact a realator, tell them what you want to see. Specifically, tell them you want houses with two- or three garages. That's all they will show you.

After you fill out the top part, click on More Search Options. You can choose which options you want. Just scroll pick the size garage you want and other options too.
