Kerri Silver Enthusiast	Posted Hide Post Before I baught my house last year, I called the county clerks office and asked for a list. In my county, not only does the offender have to register with the county/city, but agents and landlords are required to optain this information before selling or renting any property where women and children will reside.

Posted Hide Post web site was posted in milwaukee journal! simply type in www.sexoffender.com and pick the state enter zip where shown or name. Unfotunately appears all states not on line,unaware that landlord or realty agents are supposed to warn potential renters or buyers! Good advise to call city hall first! ty (by the way type it in correctly so as not to get hooked into some other trash web)

Konakathie	Posted Hide Post Get this- in the state of Hawaii the courts ruled that it's a violation of the sex offender's civil rights to be posted on a website! I'm a realtor , so I have to tell my buyers this! Talk about nerve.
