What is the only word in French where the FIRST letter of the word changes because it goes from singular to plural? (it's a noun)

The only word I can think of is 'Eye' but the complete spelling changes rather than just the first letter.
The French word for eye is oeil and the plural, eyes, is yeux.

That's the right answer Viv. The only common letter is the letter "e". Source
