To what location, according to Hemingway's creed as quoted on the dedication page of one of his books, was he referring when he wrote about being lucky to have lived there?

Hi Colin,
The location is Paris, in "A Moveable Feast":

Epigraph: If you are lucky enough to have lived in Paris as a young man, then wherever you go for the rest of your life, it stays with you, for Paris is a moveable feast.
