The answer is "Sybil." "Sybil" or "The Two Nations" was written by Benjamin Disraeli in 1845 describing life in a British factory town in the early 19th century. Disraeli, a critic of industrial working conditions in Great Britain, later served two terms as the Prime Minster of Great Britain in 1867-1868 and 1874-1880.
