Posted Hide Post Good question ,I imagine they either use an independant ajudicator, or ask somebody in the office to pick it off the server somehow I've never won bar 2 prizes off a Uk webforum for Tips submitted and Published in the Magazine that links to the site They are in public view(on the Forum) for weeks .And I also do Web based competitions/lotteries almost daily... Only comeback, Spam, if I hit the wrong Site(and my Pop-Up controls are off)
