i saved my favorites and now i need to restore them how do i do this.

Where did you save the favs to?A floppy, CD or what? Anyway, open a window to your favorites folder thru this path:

C:\Documents and Settings\Chris\Favorites

Thats my name in there by the way, LOL. Be sure to use your name, or the name you're putting the favs in. Have that window nearby, then open another window to the floppy or CD or whatever you saved your favs to, then highlight all the favs you saved, right click and hold the right click button down, then drag them to the other folder. You can also just right click on them, then click "Copy" then "Paste them in the the "Favs" folder. I do this fairly frequently when re-formatting a pc, or just importing favs to another, or newer pc. Hope this helps.

i did that the first time and no show but i just checked and there they are thank you for your reply i was sure that i did it right the first time but it did not show up untill i rebooted i quess i dunno maby i just missed it. any who thank you very much
