Yep. There's not actually any downloading. It just streams, doing the same thing that most of the TV network official websites have been doing (using a few short ads dispersed throughout the show like commercials). If it worries you that it asks you to sign up for most of the movies, it's only because they are for mature audiences only. Plus, IMDb endorses it.
