i need to know which company is best and cheap for making website on the internet for a guy who doesn't know how to use html.

U can try http://www.freeyellow.com ! Has a basic wizzard or U can use HTML!

Absolutely free but only 50MB! More than enough to start! A Credit Card is required but only incase U exceed 50MB! As long as U don't its free!
