I am assuming that you want the book with this name written by Karl Barksdale, Patrick D. Crispen, and S. Todd Stubbs.
There is someone selling this book in good condition at Half.com for $10.00. There are others selling the book in better condition on the same page, but the price is higher.
In Canada, we have this great bookstore called Chapters, dunno if the US have it. but if there is, it's a great place for books, dictionaries, magazines, etc.
