Whenever i click on something or a web page loads, i get this clicking noise. It is really driving me crazy! How do i get rid of it?

It is a sound effect. You can change or remove any sound effects in the Control Panel/Sounds or (depending on your Windows version) Control Panel/Multimedia-Sounds.

It may be under "Windows Explorer" as "Complete Navigation".

These sound effects can also be set by "Desktop Themes". If you're running a Desktop Theme, open it in Control Panel and uncheck the "Sound Events" option.
