Almost any error message off websites will have a code number on it such as 404,or 504 Is it either of these? Tell us the site you are trying to get to if this is the case. And we'll check it out. Or is it a long number, with a Microsoft Error report? If so then copy and paste it and we'll try to tell you what it means or tell you how to tell the computer to disregard the message

I'm guessing that the problem is with the "Favorites" folder itself. Is that correct? You click on "Favorites" and it fails to open. Is that what you mean? Or, is the problem when you click on a specific listing in your Favorites menu? If that is the problem, please let us know what the Favorite link is to (what site are you trying to open). If you can provide some details about your computer system, that can also be very helpful. This page might help with gathering this information: http://dwightblackburn.com/help.htmDwight
